Projekt ten ma na celu wzmocnienie pozycji os\u00f3b doros\u0142ych zagro\u017conych wykluczeniem, w tym zmarginalizowanych grup etnicznych, poprzez wyposa\u017cenie ich w wiedz\u0119 i umiej\u0119tno\u015bci z zakresu gospodarki o obiegu zamkni\u0119tym. Zapewni on edukatorom doros\u0142ych niezb\u0119dne szkolenia i metodologie, wzmocni podnoszenie kwalifikacji i b\u0119dzie kultywowa\u0107 postawy przedsi\u0119biorcze. Dzia\u0142ania obejmuj\u0105 kompleksowy przewodnik dla edukator\u00f3w doros\u0142ych, specjalistyczny format szkoleniowy, platform\u0119 wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy i krajowe konferencje w celu wymiany osi\u0105gni\u0119\u0107. Projekt ma na celu zaanga\u017cowanie os\u00f3b na rynku pracy o obiegu zamkni\u0119tym i zach\u0119canie do przedsi\u0119biorczo\u015bci w gospodarce o obiegu zamkni\u0119tym. Projekt opiera si\u0119 na wcze\u015bniejszej pracy partner\u00f3w w zakresie ochrony \u015brodowiska, zmian klimatu, energii odnawialnej, zatrudnienia i integracji.
