Cie\u013eom tohto projektu je posilni\u0165 postavenie dospel\u00fdch ohrozen\u00fdch vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00edm vr\u00e1tane marginalizovan\u00fdch etnick\u00fdch skup\u00edn t\u00fdm, \u017ee im poskytne vedomosti a zru\u010dnosti v oblasti obehov\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1rstva. Poskytne pedag\u00f3gom dospel\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 \u0161kolenia a metodiky, podpor\u00ed zvy\u0161ovanie kvalifik\u00e1cie a pestuje podnikate\u013esk\u00e9 zm\u00fd\u0161\u013eanie. Aktivity zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa komplexn\u00fa pr\u00edru\u010dku pre pedag\u00f3gov dospel\u00fdch, \u0161pecializovan\u00fd form\u00e1t \u0161kolen\u00ed, platformu pre spolupr\u00e1cu a n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 konferencie na zdie\u013eanie \u00faspechov. Cie\u013eom projektu je zapoji\u0165 jednotlivcov do obehov\u00e9ho trhu pr\u00e1ce a podpori\u0165 podnikanie v obehovom hospod\u00e1rstve. \u010cerp\u00e1 z predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facej pr\u00e1ce partnerov v oblasti ochrany \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia, zmeny kl\u00edmy, obnovite\u013en\u00fdch zdrojov energie, zamestnanosti a inkl\u00fazie.
